About Megan Richards
Megan Richards is the Principal Consultant and Founder of Connext Consulting, with extensive experience working in and alongside local government across regional Western Australia.
Her background includes community engagement, strategic planning, Aboriginal stakeholder collaboration and the development of key strategic documents, including Strategic Community Plans, Corporate Business Plans and Reconciliation Action Plans.
Megan has worked closely with elected members, executive teams, staff, and community stakeholders to deliver practical, community-informed outcomes.
She holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Diploma of Project Management and a Certificate in Change Management.
